Garden Club
McGarvey Families,
We are pleased to begin our McGarvey Soaring Griffin Garden Club this year! Please find attached a list of meeting dates and a parent sign-up to be completed and returned for K-6th grade McGarvey students who would like to attend. Please make note that kindergarten students must attend with an adult chaperone.
We will be covering: plant life cycle, organic gardening, planting, maintaining, clean composting, harvesting vegetables, and hydroponic gardening.

- Parent Volunteers are welcome to join us if they are fingerprinted and cleared to volunteer through EGUSD.
- For safety please refrain from sending off-track student to our Garden Club Meetings

We will meet from 8:00-8:45am in the McGarvey Garden on the second Wednesday of each month. These are the dates:

We will only be able to accommodate a maximum of 50 students at this time. Please submit your permission slips in ASAP. The first 50 applications will be enrolled and the other students beyond the 50 will be waitlisted.
